We have had a fun filled Easter weekend... it started on Saturday with an Easter Egg Hunt and Lunch at Riverside with Grandpa and Grandma Magleby... Liv and I took in a movie (The Croods), and then we colored Easter Eggs. Sunday morning Liv came running, shook me awake and said "Mom come and see this".. the Easter bunny had brought some Easter treats, the kids got new matching Easter outfits, church, then dinner at Grandpa and Grandma Magleby's followed by more Easter Egg Hunting. Now onto April...

it's March Already???
I am so behind on blogging I am not sure where to start... we have had a busy couple of months with two birthdays, a wedding, two trips to Idaho, a roof leak that has created havoc in my front room, lots of gymnastics classes, a few ballet classes, a trip to the Discovery Center in Salt Lake City, many BYU basketball games, work, and church.... now that is is March I am hoping that it might slow down just a little bit... we shall see. Here are some of the highlights:
I signed Olivia up for a ballet class through Springville City to see if she would like it before committing to taking classes at a studio. It was only an 8 week class and she hasn't learned a lot, but she has loved it. I told her that she would have to choose between dance and gymnastics this fall. I think it is going to be a hard choice for her.
On February 9th we had a Minnie Mouse party with 15 of Olivia's friends at our house to celebrate her 4th birthday. We decorated aprons, made Minnie (and Mickey) cookies, played pin the bow on Minnie, and ate cake and ice cream. It was a lot of fun for the kiddos, but I think next year we will invite just few friends and not have it at my house- I think it will be less stressful for me :).
I never posted pictures of Nate's Birthday. We had some friends over for pizza to celebrate him turning 2. Then ate his monster cake and ice cream. Sure love this boy!

2 and 4
Nathan turned 2 on January 10- we celebrated by going to the BYU basketball game that night and then on Friday night we invited some family and friends over for dinner and cake & ice cream. How is it possible that he is aleady two? We are so blessed to have Nathan in our family and I am so happy that I get to be his mom. He makes me laugh every day and keeps me very busy chasing him and pulling him off the counter (or whereve else he climbs). Here are some things about Nate at 2:
Miss Olivia turns four tomorrow- I am little sad to see her grow up so fast, but I love watching her turn into such a beautiful little girl. She is sassy, amazingly smart, and such a good girl (most of the time). I am so blessed to be her mom and we are lucky to have her in our family. Here is some things about Olivia at 4:
- He is talking more and more everyday. He makes me laugh with some of the things that he comes up with. One of my favorite things is when he calls from his crib in the morning "mommy where are you?". I always ask him "Nathan where are you?" and he responds "Good".
- He loves music and loves to sing.
- He loves anything with wheels- planes, trains, trucks, cards.
- He is really into the I-pad right now. He is such as stinker- he can get in and start his games with out any help and usually without permission.
- He loves picking on his sister. She always gives him the reaction he wants so he keeps it up. Other times they love each other so much- I live for those moments.
- His favorite TV shows right now are: Little Einstein, Sesame Street (especially Elmo), Curious George, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
- His favorite foods are chicken, anything chocolate, strawberries, beans, rice, tortillas.
- His best friend is Austin.

- She loves learning and her teacher thinks she is one of the smartest kids in her class. She knows here alphabets by sight, sound, and writes most of them very well. She can write her name, she knows the months of the year and the days of the week, and can count to 100 with just a little help from mom.
- She loves gymnastics and moved into the big gym in December. She is in the 5 year old class she is holding her own with the "big" girls.
- She loves doing crafty things: coloring, sewing, painting, stamping, and coloring.
- Her favorite TV shows: Doc McStuffings, Little Einstien, Jake and the Neverland Pirates.
- Her favorite foods: Popcorn, green beans, apples, anything with sugar, warm milk.
- Her Best Friends: Hurley, McKaty, and Cason
- She loves Minnie Mouse, playing with her new babies she got for Christmas: Summer and Sabado (her choices), and doing puzzles.
- She loves music, signing, and dancing.

We made our first batch of fudge of the year to send to Aunt Chelsey. |

We went on a sleigh ride in Midway to Santa's Village.. unfortunately no snow so it was a hayride... but still lots of fun. |
